FAQs

+ What if I do not have any experience in education?

We value diversity in candidates, in terms of their academic background, personal experience and learning exposure. Past educaton related experience is a plus but it is not a prerequisite to join Fellowship as we will provide teaching training and support during the six-week Summer Institute and ongoing training sessions.


+ What kind of professional development and support will Teach for Hong Kong give me?

Through group mentorship, we support Fellows and Alumni career development and personal growth through advice, insights and network generously brought in by the mentors. The groups also are the venues where mentees with similar career aspirations foster one another’s learning.
