Eligibility
Aged 35 or under as of 31 Dec 2025
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field
Have graduated or will be graduating latest by June 2025
Have work authorization in Hong Kong (HKPR/IANG Visa)
Application Deadlines
Application for Fellowship Program 2025-26 will begin in September 2025.
We only recruit 20-25 Fellows for Fellowship Program 2025-26. The application will be closed once the slots are filled.

Application Process
+ Step 1: Online Application (5 minutes)
We collect your basic information such as contact information, and your professional and academic background.
+ Step 2: Video Interview (20 Minutes)
You share your education vision and personal experiences with us through a one-way video interview.
+ Step 3: Assessment Day (Physical/Virtual)
You join other applicants to take part in a group-based tasks to exchange your ideas and demonstrate your leadership style.
+ Step 4: Offer Release & Onboarding
You receive an offer call from our recruitment officer once you are selected to be our Fellow in the coming cohort. We will then walk you through the program details and address any concerns you might have.
+ Step 5: School Matching Process
After the on-boarding, we conduct school matching meeting between schools and Fellows. Once you are shortlisted, you are invited to join the meeting with the school principal to determines your fit with our partner schools. Before attending the meeting, our team guide you prepare and walk through the meeting with you.
