Informed by their classroom experiences, many Alumni continue to inspire grassroots students and lead the change inside schools.
But our Alumni are also entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, academics, policy advocates to challenge conventional education wisdom and create long-term opportunities for underprivileged students.
Democratizing Emotional Education For All
Raymond and Matthew (Fellows 17-18) were exposed to the realities of our current education system and discovered an underlying problem – that many schools ignore social and emotional education. Supported by TFHK’s network of industry leaders and other resources, they co-founded "JUST FEEL" after Fellowship. The startup has successfully transformed 2500+ teachers and 2800+ parents, benefitting more than 3300 students as of today!

Based on your career aspiration, we match other Fellows and mentors from our professional network. You meet and learn from our mentors, as well as having other Fellows as companions in the journey to realizing your career potential.
+ Professional Development Training
Our Professional Development Fridays include sessions specifically designed to enhance our Fellows’ career readiness. Previous sessions include “finding your dream career”, “setting career goals and trajectory”, interview workshops and resume clinics.
+ Career Exposure Activities
We invite leaders from various sectors to share their industry insights and visit corporate headquarters to interact with industry experts. We have previously visited LinkedIn, Facebook, Uber, Accenture, UBS, Citibank, etc.

We created an exclusive online community to connect Alumni across our cohorts. They refer each other to job opportunities, share new education trends, connect to work together on projects, and much more in this online community space.

Events such as leader sharings and workshops keep Alumni updated on latest trends and upskilled on critical competencies. Alumni Association fosters more collaboration in the community. Representatives from the association participate in TFHK’s decision making as board director and members of our organization.
