Fellowship In A Nutshell

Teaching in School

Create Life-Changing Student Impacts Everyday

You directly impact students in ways more than just teaching. A normal working day is split between:

  1. Teach classes, where you are free to design and conduct classes to enhance students’ critical skills

  2. Lead extracurriculars to help students pursue interests and expose to possibilities

  3. Create your own Student-Change Projects to actualise students’ potential, create solutions for existing challenges and lead school-wide changes

  4. Become a Life Mentor to build intimate relationships with students, so as to understand their interests and struggles for better support provision

Impact in school

Lead long-lasting impact beyond the classroom to realize your education vision

Our Fellows make use of their autonomy at school to impact students in ways that regular teachers may not be able to and can sustain even after you leave the Fellowship.

Student Change Projects empower Fellows to spend the year creating sustainable changes, from revamping curriculum, to creating processes and infrastructures.
