Fellowship Journey

Embark On A Mission To Unlock Students’ Potential And Change Education

Fellowship In A Nutshell

Teaching in School

Change Lives Everyday

You directly impact students in ways more than just teaching. A normal working day is split between:

  1. Teach classes, where you are free to design and conduct classes to enhance students’ critical skills

  2. Lead extracurriculars to help students pursue interests and expose to possibilities

  3. Experiment with ideas and develop projects to impact individual students and school development.

  4. Build mentorship-like relationships with students, so as to understand their interests and struggles for better support provision

Dedicated Staff Support

Dedicated to your growth during the Fellowship, your Leadership Development Officer (LDO) guides you through the intricacies of teaching, keeps track of and maximizes your career and leadership development.

My LDO regularly called me for timely feedback, support and potential opportunities. He would offer to sit in my classes to review my activity planning and liaising with other sectors.

Partner School Support

You receive support on the ground from designated senior staff at the school, school mentors will keep you informed in both pedagogy and school contexts. Our partner schools also provide our Fellows an unprecedented degree of autonomy to lead projects on a school-wide level.

My supervisor proactively reached out to us, giving comments while valuing our opinion in organizing school programmes.
