Our Fellowship Program is designed for leaders like you - without prior education background or experience but are passionate about making a direct and lasting impact on education.
Be a part of Teach For Hong Kong’s vision to address education inequity in Hong Kong. As a Fellow, your duties go beyond subject teaching, you will also initiate classroom innovation and organize extracurricular activities to expand grassroots students’ exposure. Supported by TFHK’s unique program design, you will have more time to interact with students, where you can have a deeper understanding of their challenges and higher flexibility to leverage cross-sector resources to deliver impact.
By 12 months, you will be equipped with key leadership skills, including self-awareness, collective mobilization, and strategic thinking to help you lead yourself, others, and changes. As such, you will be ready to take on new paths within and beyond frontline education, such as business, nonprofit, public sector, technology, and other sectors.

Our Vision and Mission
Bringing education equity requires policy, practice, and culture changes, which requires people to exercise leadership from inside and outside the system.
Teaching is leadership. Teachers do not just deliver classroom content, they bring positivity and hope to their students and school. They are sensitive to social and educational challenges and dedicated to serving as leaders to empower their students to become confident and responsible individuals who contribute positively to society.
With this foundation, our Alumni continue to work inside and outside the education sector to improve access to quality education for all students and effect systemic changes in Hong Kong’s education.
